When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my adult children, my dog, and my cats. Outside of therapy, I’m an avid crafter and artist—crocheting, knitting, painting, and exploring paper crafts are some of my favorite ways to relax and express myself. Writing also holds a special place in my heart, as it helps me process and reflect on the world around me.
